Activists of the BRYU and STEP of the Baranovichi Technological College of Belcoopsoyuz became participants in an open dialogue

The meeting was dedicated to the prevention of crime, emergency situations and fires, protection from COVID-19 and the importance of preserving historical memory.

The following experts took part: Sergey Kulesh, Senior Inspector of the Sector for Propaganda and Interaction with the Public of the Baranovichi City Regional Department for Emergency Situations; Svetlana Pashko, district inspector of the IDN of the Baranovichi GOVD, Ekaterina Bondar, epidemiologist of the Baranovichi Zonal Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology.

The guests discussed with the students the problem of teenagers' communication in Internet communities and the dangers that may lie in wait for children in social networks. We held a game-competition "Detective Agency of the Ministry of Emergency Situations", in which young people performed interesting tasks on a given topic.

The students learned that according to the National COVID-19 Vaccination Action Plan for 2021-2022, at least 60% of the population is planned to be vaccinated in the country, which will create herd immunity and prevent the spread of infection.

In the Year of Historical Memory, the exploits of young heroes were remembered: Marat Kazei, Valentin Kotik, Zinaida Portnova, Leonid Golikov, boys and girls from the underground organization Young Guard. In memory of the children who were victims of the war, a video presentation was shown about a donor concentration camp for children in the village of Krasny Bereg, Zhlobin district, Gomel region, which left no one indifferent.

The hour-long meeting was held in a confidential atmosphere. Such events develop the ability of young people to analyze information and lead a discussion.
